Right now I hate wordpress…

Right now if WordPress was a person, I would seriously consider punching it in the nose.  Or possibly giving it a good swift kick in the ….

But it’s just a stupid computer program and so I can’t.  Which is really quite a bummer.  Why the feud you ask? Okay, well you didn’t ask but I’m going to tell you.

I decided to make Friday’s Q&A Fridays, where I would answer questions from readers about marathons, running in general or just random crazy stuff, depending on what get sent in.

I taken MikeB’s question as the first question to answer, and it was amazingly eloquent, dispensing incredible amounts of useful information with only a tiny bit of speculation.

I had set it to publish first thing in the morning, and had even edit it once to make it 10% more awesome.  I came in to the office in the morning and checked to see if the time-delayed publish  featured had actually worked and low-and-behold, WordPress had eaten my post.

Now this wasn’t some dog eating my homework, as I had actually made the post.  Now I will have to rewrite it, and I’m sure it will be impossible to regain the literary masterpiece that the first Q&A section had become.  So apologies for that, you’ll just had to do with a second rate post.  Which, if we are being honest, is all you really expect from Marathon Me, now isn’t it.

  1. Wow. I like wordpress’s clean format, but some things (like not getting java) are a pain. I also found the new contact form. I like that.

    Sorry about your post.

If it makes you feel any better, I went to my orthopedics doc this week, and paid money for him to tell me to keep wearing The Sock. I should have just paid you!

  2. Glad the sock is working for you. I love that thing. Second best money I’ve ever spent. Best being TP Massage Kit. I’ll post about that sometime soon.
